Certificate in Postural Assessment for Fitness and Pilates Instructors
Course Introduction
This course is specifically designed for fitness and Pilates instructors to deepen their understanding of postural issues and develop their skills in postural assessment. This knowledge will empower them to provide clients with correctly tailored exercises during subsequent training sessions.
The curriculum focuses on practical, hands-on concepts that are often difficult to grasp from textbooks alone. Our instructor brings over 20 years of experience in postural correction and has worked with a diverse clientele, ranging from children as young as three years old to seniors up to 80 years of age.
Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:
· Identify key physical characteristics and postural deviations.
· Pinpoint the source of a client’s issues by applying the Elimination Method and Comparative Analysis Method.
· Utilize postural marking techniques to graphically represent problem areas on a body chart.
· Maintain precise client records for tracking progress and planning corrective exercises.
