1.6. SIM (Stabilizers, Initiators, Movers) Techniques for Core Strength Training
Upon completing Phase 1, students will:

2️⃣ Pilates Mat-Work & Body Integration Phase
💢Mat-Work Instructor Content (10hours):
2.1Teaching mat-based exercises to prevent posture-related pain.
2.2Applying core-flow principles in mat work.
2.3. Mastering equipment and safe training methods.
2.4. Group instruction techniques.
2.5. Using imagery cues for each mat exercise.
After completing Phase 2, students will:

✅ Confidently lead mat-based group core workouts.
✅ Unlock the therapeutic secrets of Pilates as a skilled instructor.
✅ Use Pilates to address injuries, activate core power, correct muscle imbalances, and alleviate back pain.

Course Structure:
– 12 total hours (2h theory + 10h practical mat-work training).
