Equipped with world-class professional facilities, our accredited studio is led by instructors and coaches who hold Professional Pilates Teacher Certification from the University of Sunderland (HK campus)and have completed CPD-certified courses. Each instructor has passed rigorous examinations and demonstrates complete proficiency in Pilates-based rehabilitation and teaching methodologies. Our Senior Instructor holds a Fitness and Exercise Science degree from the UK.

To apply for accreditation as an ATFP-accredited studio, you may submit an application to the Australian Training for Fitness Professionals.
