This Pilates reformer course is an effective recovery method for scoliosis, uneven pelvic, and Pre- and Post-natal cases for student reference.the course will explain in detail the skills and Pilates terminology for teaching how to use a reformer for healing chronic injuries, and boost core power.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of the Dual Certificate program, you will be equipped to:

· Teach comprehensive skills for both mat and Pilates Reformer.

· Demonstrate exercises with a high level of precision and excellence.

· Master the essential techniques of observation, correction, and execution in both private and group class settings.

· Fulfill the health improvement goals of your clients through every Pilates movement.

Course Details and Requirements:

– Language: Cantonese (with English terminology) 

– Passing Requirements: 70% attendance + 70% practical + 70% written exam  

– Completion Period: Max 1 year  

Course Structure:

– 30 total hours (6 hours theory , 12 hours Matwork and 12 hours Reformer training ).

 Exam Structure:

 – Teaching demonstration evaluation  

– Theory (20 True/False + 30 MCQs, 70% pass)  

– Practical: Demonstration of 10 Golden Movements both on Mat and Reformer and 45 minutes in teaching class skills
