Welcome to Australian Training for Fitness Professionals, an innovative Pilates institute dedicated to excellence in Pilates education.
In partnership with the University of Sunderland, UK (UoSHK), we provide Professional Pilates teacher training and masterclasses, upheld by the highest accreditation standards. Our programs are further accredited by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and recognized for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). These certifications ensure that our UK-aligned Pilates courses deliver globally recognized qualifications.

About Us
The Australian Training for Fitness Professionals (ATFP) has been a registered provider of health and fitness education and services in Australia since 2002.
Our mission is to promote lifelong fitness by offering a range of specialized training courses. These programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of fitness professionals across the Asia-Pacific region who are committed to continuous personal and professional development.
Today, ATFP is a leading educational institute in the region, issuing professional certifications in key disciplines including: Personal Training/Pilates Instruction/Therapeutic Exercise/Tai Chi X Pilates

ATFP has been an accredited provider of specialized fitness education since 2006, delivering programs such as the Tai Chi x Fitball Workshop and the Certificate III in Fitness.
Our commitment to quality was formally recognized with ISO 9001:2000 certification for the design and provision of our fitness train-the-trainer courses.
Today, we have further strengthened our position as a global leader in education. Our Instructor Certificates are accredited by UK-CPD, and we proudly offer Professional Pilates Teacher and Master Training courses. In collaboration with the University of Sunderland (UoSHK), we co-award Professional Pilates Teacher Certificates. Additionally, we are recognized as an accredited training organization by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
