Classroom Discipline
-The classroom must be kept clean and hygienic.Eating or drinking (except water) is not permitted in classrooms.
-All equipment must be cleaned and returned to its proper place after use.
-Plagiarism, cheating, and any form of academic dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
-Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward instructors and fellow students
-No audio recording is allowed, except with the permission of the class lecturer and subject to any conditions stipulated when such permission is granted.

Refund Policy
Cancellation And Transfer
-Refunds are only issued if a course is canceled or under special circumstances.
-If fewer than two students are enrolled in a class, the Institution may postpone the session.
-If a student cannot attend a registered course, they may transfer tuition to another person, subject to a HK$500 name change fee.
-Refund processing takes approximately 7 working days.
-All decisions regarding program content, certification validity, and policy enforcement remain at the Institution’s absolute discretion. No external entity may override its final judgment.
